These Terms of Use govern your use of Riddim, including its music discovery, listening, creator, account, advertising, and related features.

Using Riddim

You agree to use Riddim lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Accounts

Some features require an account. Keep your login information secure and provide accurate information.

Music and user content

You retain the rights you have in content you upload. By submitting content to Riddim, you give Riddim the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display, stream, and make that content available through the features you choose to use.

You must not upload or publish content you do not have the legal right to use.

Creator features

Creator tools may allow artists and other creators to publish releases, profiles, and related information. You are responsible for the accuracy and rights associated with material you submit.

Advertising

Advertising services may be subject to campaign requirements, payment terms, and approval by Riddim.

Payments and Riddim+

Where paid features or services are offered, prices, billing details, and applicable payment terms will be shown before payment. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Paystack.

Availability

We work to keep Riddim available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual property

Riddim's software, branding, design, and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes.
